Who we are

Draweroo is part of Salt Development, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 99125870. Questions about these terms: rick@saltdevelopment.nl.

What Draweroo does

Draweroo lets you design drawer organizers and download 3D-printable files. Designing and downloading files is free. Some features, such as AI layouts, use credits.

Your account

You need an account to use credits. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. We may close accounts that are used for abuse, such as automated mass requests.

Credits

• One AI layout uses one credit. "Another arrangement" of the same plan is free.
• Prices are in euros and include VAT. You pay through Stripe.
• Credits are added to your account right after payment and do not expire.
• If an AI layout fails because of a problem on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content that we deliver immediately. Before you pay, you ask us to deliver them right away and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will look for a fair solution.

The files you make

The layouts and files you create are yours to use. You may print them for yourself and sell the printed organizers. You may not copy, resell or offer the Draweroo software or its generator as a service.

Printing and fit

Printers differ. Files follow the Gridfinity standard and are tested for a good fit, but we cannot promise a perfect fit on every printer and filament. Measure your drawer carefully and print a single part first when in doubt.

Liability

Draweroo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law of that country.
